Amar'e Stoudemire Selling His $1.375M Phoenix,AZ Condo

Not only is Amar’e Stoudemire buying real estate, he’s also selling some as well. Stoudemire re-listed his Phoenix, AZ condo in June of this year for $1.375M. The property was first placed on the market in February of 2008, and afterwards went on & off the market multiple times in the following years. Stoudemire originally purchased his Phoenix condo for $1.775M.

Stoudemire’s condo is located on the 8th floor of the Esplanade Place. It was built in 2003 and come with 3,000 sq-ft, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and has been upgraded with top-of-the-line finishes. The luxury condo is made up of and includes an open and flowing floor plan, a huge great room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a completely private guest suite with it’s own separate entrance, and a massive Master Suite with sitting room and expansive mountain views. The Esplanade Place is a full-service, luxury building that features a roof-top swimming pool, a clubroom/party room with catering kitchen to host large parties, a conference room and round-the-clock security.

Stoudemire also just recently purchased a new 14,555 sq-ft home in Southwest Ranches, FL last month for $3.7M.

    Amare sold/is selling 3 properties in total locally. Due to market timing he lost money on all of them. His Biltmore Circle property recently sold (which he had never moved into and had not renovated as planned).
