Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen have finally sold their Boston Penthouse. Brady first put the home up for sale in 2009 at $10.9M, and again in October 2011 for $10.5M. After a long time of patiently waiting, Brady and Bundchen’s penthouse finally sold for $9.2M according to the Business Insider.
Brady and Bundchen’s penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 4 car garage, and 5,300 sq-ft of living area that includes a grand living room with dual fireplaces and vaulted ceiling. The penthouse also features a club room, high tech gym, marble master bath with deep soaking tub, and priceless views of the Charles River from roof-deck; which is also fully landscaped and has an outdoor kitchen.
