Michael Jordan’s New $12.4M Golf House in ‘The Bears Club’ Florida

Michael Jordan's New $12.4M Golf House in 'The Bears Club' FloridaMichael Jordan, one of (if not) the greatest basketball players of all time, is currently building his new Mega Mansion in ‘The Bears Club’ community of Jupiter, FL.  The home sits on 3 acres, is 28,000 sq-ft and also contains 3 separate structures as well: a 2-story guard house, guest house and pool house.  The main house will feature 11 bedrooms, a grand stairway, an elevator, giant fireplace, a huge media center where there’s rumor that the state of the art electronics in there are ‘cigar friendly’, plus an athletic wing with a lavish workout facility and basketball court.  The home is secured by a guard gate in front and surrounded by a wall of trees which hide the property and provide absolute privacy.

Jordan originally bought the property (which consists of 2 lots) for $4.8M, then invested another $7.6M into the construction, bringing the total for this Mega Mansion at $12.4M.  After furnishings, this 3 acre estate that is adjacent to the golf course, will run Jordan upwards of $20M.  When all is said and done, Jordan’s home will most likely be the most expensive non-waterfront home in the Palm Beaches.
