UPDATE – 1/22/13: After trying to sell his “Bad to the Bone” ranch house since 2008, Jay Buhner has finally accomplished that task. Former Seattle Mariner Jay Buhner, “The Bone”, is selling his 80-acre “B2B Ranch” in Fall City for $6.75M. Buhner has actually been attempting to sell his Ranch Estate for quite a while. He originally listed the home back in 2008 for $12M. In 2009 he reduced the price to $9.99M; and in 2010 he dropped it once again to $7.995M.
The massive 80-acre estate actually consists of four 20-acre parcels that are completely manicured. The Main House is 7,500 sq-ft and has 4 bedroom suites, 6.25 bathrooms, an enormous 35-ft stone fireplace, lodge-style vaulted ceilings with natural timber framing, and 7 car garage.
