Tom Brady is Selling His Boston Penthouse For $10.5M. This is the 2nd time Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen are attempting to sell their Beacon Street penthouse. The couple tried selling it once before in 2009 at $10.9M.
Brady’s Boston Penthouse is 5,300 sq-ft and has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a grand living room with vaulted ceiling and dual fireplaces. There is also a marble master bath that features a deep soaking tub, a high tech gym, club room; 4 car garage, and extensive views of the Charles River from the landscaped roof-deck which also has an outdoor kitchen.
Not only is Tom Brady an amazing QB for the New England Patriots, he’s also a pretty savvy real estate investor who over the years has bought and sold some pretty interesting properties. In 2006 Brady bought this circa 1900 townhome on the highly desired Beacon Street of Boston. It was reported in 2008 that Brady turned the building into 4 condos and sold 3 of them, saving his now penthouse unit for himself. His total proceeds were said to be around $7.95M; which was over $1M more than he originally paid for the building. Now, Brady’s penthouse condo is listed for $10.5M.
Brady sold his 3 bedroom condo at Time Warner Center in New York City earlier this year as well. He and Gisele are also building a huge mansion in the Brentwood area of LA and apparently they picked up a mansion in Brookline, Massachusetts in late 2009.
