Jason Kidd Selling His Home In Dallas,TX For $1.595M

While the NBA lockout is still in full effect, Dallas Mavericks’ guard Jason Kidd is yet another All-Star selling a piece of real estate. Other NBA athletes selling right now include Rashard Lewis, Mike Miller, and Jermaine O’Neal. Kidd purchased his high-end condo back in 2008 for a little under $1.5M, and is currently selling it now for $1.595M.

Kidd’s Dallas home is located on the 21st floor in the Azure condo project. It has 2607 sq-ft with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private 4 car garage. The condo also comes complete with expansive downtown Dallas views, a gourmet kitchen with granite counters & SubZero appliances, huge floor to ceiling glass windows, motorized Lutron blinds, hardwood & stone floors throughout, and 2 fireplaces. The Azure condo project also features for all of their residents, a guarded entrance, sauna, spa, full gym, outdoor pool, meeting space, a large theater, and a grand lobby with water feature.

Jason Kidd not only won the NBA Championship with the Dallas Mavericks on June 12, 2011, but he also sank a 75 foot shot at the halftime buzzer on Halloween of 2010 against the Clippers, and he dished out his 11,000th assist, an alley-oop dunk to teammate Tyson Chandler, on November 12, 2010.
