Chris Paul’s New $8.5M Bel Air House He Bought From Avril Lavigne

Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul just recently purchased Avril Lavigne’s Bel Air House for $8.5M. Avril originally had the home listed at $9.5M in May.

Chris Paul’s new home has 12,184 sq-ft with 8 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. The mansion is a Mediterranean style and includes a gym with a sauna, wine cellar, 10 car garage, and a covered outdoor living room the opens up to the swimming pool, jacuzzi / hot tub, and BBQ. Avril Lavigne and her ex-husband Deryck Whibley, who’s the frontman for Sum 41, actually purchased the home in 2007 former Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his wife. Not only that, but the home was also featured in the TV show, Meet the Barkers.
