Tom Brady’s New $20M, 22,000 sq-ft Mansion – Finished

Tom Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen, after 20 months of patiently waiting, are finally able to move into their new $20M, 22,000 sq-ft mansion. The couple purchased the 3.75 acre lot for $11M back in 2008. After plans for Brady and Bundchen’s new dream home were already drawn up, they were soon revised as the couple thought their new home wasn’t going to be big enough.

Brady and Bundchen’s new house is 22,000 sq-ft with 8 bedrooms, rooftop solar panels and a rainwater recovery system, a wine cellar, weight room, nursery, butler’s room, elevator, a 6 car garage, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with spa, and a bridge connecting the 2 wings of the house.

Brady and Bundchen have Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heidi Klum and her husband Seal as new neighbors to welcome them to the area.
