Jeremy Lin Rents Another House at W Hotel in the Financial District

Knicks superstar Jeremy Lin is now renting a fully furnished condo at the W Hotel in the Financial District. This is in addition to his new place at the Trump Tower in White Plains according to the New York Post. The Post reports Lin is planing to spend the majority of his time at his new W Hotel home, which for game nights will be a much shorter trip to Madison Square Garden, and will be signing the lease paper work sometime this week.

Lin’s new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom W Hotel home also includes $30,000 – $35,000 worth of Tui Lifestyle furniture, and according to Streeteasy.com rents in the building there range between $3,600 – $8,900 a month. Although Lin’s new place is a more mid-level unit. Before renting it out to Lin, the owner had the home on the market for $2.315M.

The W Hotel also includes amenities for their residents such as seating and in-residence dining at the hotel’s BLT bar, a gym, and access to a digital lounge with a movie screening room, video games, cafe, and rooftop terrace.
