NY Yankees Mark Teixeira’s House in Westlake, TX Back On Market For $3.995M

New York Yankees Mark Teixeira has decided to put his house in Westlake, TX back on the market for $3.995M according to Realtor.com. Teixeira has been attempting to sell his home since he was traded by the Texas Rangers to the Atlanta Braves in 2007. He then leased it out to New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton last year for $15,000 a month.

Teixeira’s Tuscan inspired lakefront house is located with the Vaquero Golf Club community and has 8554 sq-ft with 4 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and was built in 2005. It even includes a 1 bedroom private guest house as well that’s next to the main house. The home also has a large gourmet kitchen, a 2 level office, wet bar, huge game room, and home theater. The Master Suite is definitely not lacking with it’s luxurious His and Her’s baths, with a private patio area the comes with fireplace and infinity styled hot tub.
