Hines Ward Selling His Atlanta House for $7.5M

Former Pittsburgh Steelers All-Star and NFL wide receiver, Hines Ward, is selling his house in Atlanta, GA for $7.5M according to Realtor.com.

Ward helped contribute to the home building process of his massive contemporary house, which was finished in 2006. The home is 12,836 sq-ft with 8 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, 3 car garage, separate guest apartment, and is located on an over 2 acre lot. The resort like high end home features luxurious amenities throughout such as a huge contemporary kitchen, butler’s pantry, dark colored woodwork throughout, poker room, theater room, formal sitting areas, great room, a whole house entertainment and security system, full basketball court, 2 Master Suites (one on each of the two floors), and an elevator. Outside there’s also an impressive resort style pool with spa, a grotto fully loaded with high-def TV’s and another spa, and an outdoor kitchen. Ward is currently a free agent, and although he is 36, he has indicated he’s ready to play in the NFL next season. He’s also the only Pittsburgh Steelers receiver to have 4 consecutive seasons with 1,000-yards receiving. He also has been selected for the Pro Bowl 4 times and helped the Steelers to 2 Superbowl’s and 3 AFC Championships.
