NFL QB Matt Leinart New House In Manhattan Beach, CA

Former NFL QB for the Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans, Matt Leinart, just bought a new house in Manhattan Beach, CA according to Realtor.com. Leinart’s new house cost approximately $1.45M, and he apparently purchased it nearly 2 months before the beginning of his NFL free agency.

Leinart’s new beach house is 2,135 sq-ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which are all throughout the 3 level home. The home features a huge open entryway with a dramatic staircase, a great room in the top floor which lets in plenty of natural light and Leinart’s ocean and beach views. There’s also 2 fireplaces, a pair of Jacuzzi’s, a spiral staircase on the outside of the home that connects to each of the 3 levels, outdoor patio areas, and 2 private decks that show off Leinart’s panoramic ocean views.
