Although, according to Curbed.com, Lincecum is no longer renting it and the condo is on the market for $1.795M. However, according to Redfin.com, the condo has been reduced to a price of $1.673 and is currently pending sale.
Lincecum’s once party pad is 2,870 sq-ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
