Tim Lincecum, the MLB starting pitcher for the San Francisco Giants, at one point had been renting this luxury condo in San Francisco, CA. Although, according to Curbed.com, Lincecum is no longer renting it and the condo is on the market for $1.795M. However, according to Redfin.com, the condo has been reduced to a price of $1.673 and is currently pending sale.

Lincecum’s once party pad is 2,870 sq-ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
