Alex Rodriguez’s $24M Home in Miami Beach, FL

All-Star NY Yankees 3rd baseman & baseball’s highest-paid player, Alex Rodriguez, has a new $24M place in Florida to call home. Rodriguez purchased his new waterfront property back in 2010, and after making onsite decisions during the construction and build of his home, moved into his new Florida mansion in October 2011.

Rodriguez’s waterfront home is 9,447 sq-ft with 8 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sits on 1.07 acres. Some of the All-Star features of this home include huge floor to ceiling windows, a custom in-ground pool in the private and lush backyard, and a waterfront dock.

This isn’t the only piece of real estate Rodriguez has been involved with lately. A-Rod purchased a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath, full-floor condo on the 35th floor at The Rushmore for $5.5M. He didn’t own it long before he listed it back on the market for $8M and made a deal with a new buyer in no time.
