Devin Harris, the current point guard for the Utah Jazz, has put his Dallas, TX house on the market this week for $2.1M according to Realtor.com. It’s been a while now since Harris played for the Dallas Mavericks, and looks like he’s ready to let go of his Texas home.
Harris’ Tuscan-inspired house is located within the gated community of Green Park and sits on a 0.46 acre lot. The home was built in 2006 and includes 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 7,464 sq-ft, 3 fireplaces and a 3 car garage. Harris’ house also features a glass-lined grand foyer, theater, game room, study, gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, and a large open family room with a wall of windows & doors that open to the pool & covered patio. The Master Suite comes with a see through fireplace and private balconies that look out to the custom in-ground pool, spa and outdoor fireplace. Outside the 1/2 acre estate are entertaining areas, patios, and Tuscan-style stone work and paint, which is actually very similar to that of Mark Teixeira’s house in Westlake, TX.
