Not only is Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice selling a home, but he also just apparently bought one in his hometown of New Rochelle, New York as well.  The 2,600 sq-ft home was on the market for a list price of $649,999, and Rice closed on the sale in late September 2012.

Rice’s New York home was built in 1956 and has a very open and flowing floor plan that includes 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, hardwood and tile flooring throughout, a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub, an Au-pair suite, and a large slate courtyard in the rear.

Rice was born in New Rochelle, New York and also played football at New Rochelle High School as their main running back. He recently signed a $40M dollar contract with the Ravens, keeping him in Baltimore for another 5 years; and the first thing he did after signing his new contract was, he bought his mom a brand new home of her own.
