Alex Rodriguez Sells His $30M Dollar Home, For a $15M Dollar Profit

Alex Rodriguez – Quite The Property “Flipper”

Alex Rodriguez is becoming known for not only his amazing talent on the baseball field, but also for his success in the real estate world as well.  The NY Yankees third baseman just recently closed on the sale of his Miami home, at a sales price of $30M dollars per our friends over at ESPN. Not only did the sale go through successfully, but Rodriguez also put an extra $15M bucks in his pocket. Not a bad day at the office.

According to our ESPN buddy’s, Rodriguez purchased the 54,000 sq-ft plot of waterfront land for $7.4M back in 2010. His own construction company, Newport Property Construction, then spent the next 11 months building his 20,000 sq-ft Mega Mansion in which Rodriguez invested around another $7.4M dollars into the build. The home is also on the same street of houses as Chris BoshDwyane Wade and Matt Damon.
