Los Angeles Laker’s star Nick Young and his girlfriend Iggy Azalea, the Australian recording artist and model, just recently bought their new starter home in Tarzana, CA from none other than Disney star Selena Gomez. The home was listed at $3.495M, however Young and Azalea ended up purchasing the fixed up and remodeled home for $3.45M.

Gomez Remodels It… and Young Buys It Turnkey

According to our awesome friends over at Trulia, Gomez bought her Tarzana, CA home in July of 2011 for $2.175M, and since then has done a fair amount of upgrade work. The 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom, 6,630 sq-ft, multi winged mansion has had an extensive amount of additions, remodel work, and upgrades completed to it; and therefore justifying a $1.275M dollar increase on price from where Gomez originally bought it only 3 years ago. That’s quite a profit for the young Disney star, which with that kind of payoff, may want to also begin thinking of real estate as a second career.
