Let’s recap here. Back in 2010, LeBron James comes on board with the Miami Heat, and shortly thereafter decides to lay down some roots and purchase his 3 story home overlooking Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove for $9M. Now fast forward to the present day, LeBron is back with the Cleveland Cavaliers, and has now successfully sold his 12,000+ Sq-Ft Miami home for a $4.4M profit.

According to our friends over at ESPN, LeBron originally put his Miami’s Coconut Grove home on the market for $17M in October, then in March reduced it to $15M, and finally had a successful sale at a final price of $13.4M.

The 12,178 sq-ft home is packed with 6 bedrooms, 8 1/2 baths, home theater, library, wine cellar, 3 car garage and a guest’s house.  Not only does a majority of the rooms in this gorgeous estate overlook the Bay, but the infinity pool with bar does as well.  In addition to that, the waterfront dock also has room enough for two 60-foot yachts!
