Singer & actress, Jennifer Lopez, and former NY Yankee all-star Alex Rodriguez just recently purchased a new home together. According to Realtor.com, the couple bought the new apartment home for $15.3M in what is known as, the tallest residential high-rise tower on the planet.

This isn’t J. Lo’s first real estate purchase. Her last NYC apartment home, she purchased in 2014 and then turned around and just recently sold it in 2017 for $27M. That is quite an ROI.

Alex Rodriguez has made some savvy real estate purchases and investments of his own as well.  In 2013 A-Rod sold his Miami home for $30M, giving him a $15M dollar profit.

Before that however, I worked as a residential concrete finisher; which I started as a summer job when I was 13 and over the years worked my way to become a lead foreman. In 2012, I had the opportunity to feature and host a home on HGTV’s “Million Dollar Rooms”. In 2008 I married my beautiful bride on the beach in Maui. We have two amazing boys and a little girl who’s our princess!
